An ASTM approved riding Helmet. Contact Cathy as to where you can purchase these for under 250.00

For their own safety: Children will not be allowed to ride without a proper helmet and footwear !

Low-heeled boots for riding .The boot must  go higher than the childs ankle and do up securely.(i.e. well fitting rain boots, hiking boots, NO RUNNING SHOES for riding!)

Your child will be assigned a “cubby” shelf to store their camp stuff for the week.  A med. Size Rubbermaid tub works great for keeping everything in place and together.  ** Please put your name on all of your belongings

Snack

Drinks ( plenty because they work up a thirst, reusable plastic  can be re-filled during the day with water)

Light gloves (recommended for protection while riding. Inexpensive "stretchy gloves" are fine.)  Older running shoes for play/barn chores

Water/wind  proof jacket

A full change of clothes ( shorts and a t-shirt)

A warmer top ( sweat shirt)

Insect repellant

Sunscreen , Sun Hat

Barn shoes that they can hike and play in.
