Corner Stone Farm
Code of Conduct
August 6, 2025
At Corner Stone Farm, we value every individual.
Whether you’re just beginning your riding journey or have spent a lifetime in the saddle, you are an important part of our community.
We support everyone—clients, families, friends, staff, and new members alike. Every person brings something unique and meaningful to our team. Every helping hand is valued and appreciated.
Our mission is to help people grow—not only as equestrians, but as individuals. We strive to build self-confidence, awareness, self-esteem, and horsemanship skills in a supportive, respectful environment.
We have zero tolerance for gossip, violence, or hate. Corner Stone Farm is a safe space for all.
“If you can’t say it kindly to someone directly, then don’t say it at all.”
If someone forgets this standard and slips up, they will receive one supportive response. We will offer help, strategies for positive communication, and guidance in making a sincere apology to the person affected.
However, if a second offense occurs, there will be serious consequences, including the possibility of being asked not to return.
If you ever witness or experience behaviour that goes against this
Code of Conduct, please don’t hesitate to speak with Cathy or another trusted staff member.
Your concerns will be met with support, not judgment.
We are a team at Corner Stone Farm. With everyone’s cooperation, we can continue to foster a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all.
